George Balcombe (1875 - 1956)
George was brother to Lyndia who married William Whybourne. His two daughters are at the front with Helene on the left and Ethel May on the right.The other two women could be two other sisters (Caroline and Lucy Jane) The older woman was originally thought to be his mother (Caroline Balcombe née Luck) but bears little resemblance to other photos of her. It could possibly be his mother-in-law (Mary Ann Harrod née Knight) 1858 - 1922).
